• Vacant Property – Must submit a copy of latest water or electric bill establishing discontinuation of service.
• On-Premise Collection Application
• Authorization for recurring credit card payment
• Authorization for direct payment — Automatic Bill Payment
• Landscaper 1826 Compliance Form

 

Discount Applications

• Senior Discount (15%) – Must be 65 and over and show proof of age (I.D. or Driver’s license).

• LIRA (low income) Discount (15%) — Must show proof of income.

 

Note: Senior and LIRA discounts cannot be combined.
