On July 1, 2026, Alameda County Industries (ACI) rates for trash, recycling, and organic collection service will increase by 3.82%. On an annual basis, ACI must submit a rate application to the City to ensure that rates are set as directed by ACI’s Franchise Agreement with the City of Alameda. The majority of Alamedans subscribe to 20 or 32-gallon trash service, and this rate adjustment will result in an increase of $1.54 to $1.94 per month, respectively. Click here to view all rates.
